Job Responsibilities :
Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct research to identify prospects and generate leads.
Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process effectively.
Build and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database for efficient record-keeping and follow-ups.
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Actively participate in sales team meetings to share insights, updates, and best practices.
Applicant Requirements / Qualifications : High school diploma/GED.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Excellent phone etiquette and professional presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and overcome objections.
